Through our services and memberships, we strive to create a different type of company. The money received from membership dues will not be used to amass personal wealth. Membership money will be used to cover expenses related with the costs of providing these services to our members. Excess money will be channeled back into the improvement of existing services and the formation of new services. We are a for-profit company; we want to make that clear. However, we aim to obtain these profits through our advertisers, sales, events, and endeavors not related with your membership fees. This is a socially responsible company for young adults, ran by young adults.
One of our long-term goals is to completely transform our apartment searching database into a non-profit organization within the next 5 years.
XYZ was formed to provide the X, Y, and yet undefined Z generations with services that assist in their attempt to integrate and establish themselves as successful and productive members of society.
We are ourselves products of such labeled generations and face much of the same hardships as our members.
We look to provide answers to many of the questions that arise from everyday life in New York as a young adult.
Our primary goal is to assist the young adult in his or her search for decent and affordable housing. We aim to do this by providing a space from which our members can connect and assist one another in this search.
We also provide assistance in the obtainment of information regarding:
College loans
Maintaining and obtaining good credit
Health Issues and Health Insurance
Social events and opportunities
As well as other general inquiries
We also provide a forum from which local artist can exhibit and unveil their latest work. We hope to aid in promoting the local talent and introducing their work to our members and our city.
Our mission is to assist in the necessity of obtaining a satisfactory living space within New York City . We aim to facilitate the search for sanitary and affordable housing for the young professional and recent graduate.
Once this necessity is met, we strive to keep ties with the individual and provide a wide range of reference information relevant to our members' needs. We look to provide information regarding outstanding college loans, health issues and health insurance, academic endeavors, and social events and opportunities.
We also look to further the social and artistic consciousness of members in our community by providing a forum from which local artist can display their work.
